Terms of Service

1. Service

Airpost provides AI-powered social media content generation, design, scheduling, and publishing tools. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

3. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI is your property. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing. Airpost does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or legality of AI-generated content.

4. API Keys

You provide your own AI provider API keys (e.g., Google Gemini). Usage of these keys is subject to the provider's terms and billing. Airpost is not responsible for charges incurred on your API provider account.

5. Plans & Payments

Free accounts have limited AI generations and client accounts. Paid plans (Pro $29/mo, Agency $79/mo) are billed monthly through PayPal. You can cancel anytime from Settings. No refunds for partial months.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Airpost to: generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content; spam social media platforms; violate platform terms of service; or infringe on intellectual property rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

Airpost is not liable for: content published through the platform, social media account suspensions, API provider outages, or any indirect damages. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
