1. Service
Airpost provides AI-powered social media content generation, design, scheduling, and publishing tools operated by Eclipse Agency, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the security of your password and any third-party API keys you add. You must be at least 16 years old. One person or legal entity per account — share team seats instead of credentials.
3. AI-generated content
Content generated by AI is yours to use and publish. You are responsible for reviewing it before it goes live — AI can produce inaccurate, biased, or legally questionable output. Airpost makes no warranty of accuracy, appropriateness, or legality. You indemnify Airpost against claims arising from content you publish through the service.
4. Bring-your-own API keys
You may optionally supply your own AI provider keys (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic). When BYOK is enabled, calls go directly to the provider on your account — Airpost is not responsible for provider billing, rate limits, or downtime, and your usage of those providers is governed by their respective terms.
5. Plans, credits, and payments
Paid plans (Starter $19/mo, Pro $49/mo, Agency $149/mo) and one-time credit top-ups are processed through PayPal. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance (30 / 1,500 / 5,000 / 20,000 respectively). Credit costs: copy = 1, image = 10, video = 100. Top-up credits never expire and roll over indefinitely; monthly plan credits reset on the billing cycle. You can cancel any time from Settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months or unused plan credits, except where required by law.
6. Connected social accounts
Publishing goes through Publer to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X. You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service. Airpost can revoke access to any connected account at any time if required by the platform. Loss of a connected account (suspension, revoked permissions, deleted handle) does not entitle you to a refund.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Airpost to generate illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content; spam social media platforms; impersonate others; violate platform terms of service; or resell the service without written permission. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
8. Service availability
We target 99% uptime but make no SLA on the free or paid tiers. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. Posts scheduled during an outage may fail to publish — Airpost will retry where possible and notify you via email if a publish attempt exhausts retries.
9. Limitation of liability
Airpost is not liable for: content published through the platform, social-media account suspensions, AI provider outages or hallucinations, loss of scheduled posts during an outage, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid Airpost in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms, for non-payment, or as required by law. On termination, we purge your data within 30 days (see Privacy Policy).
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard inbox and via email at least 14 days before taking effect for existing users. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Riyadh.
